All FeaturesVortex DN-750 is a 750 W drainage pump for pumping contaminated water from natural reservoirs, irrigation canals and drainage wells, flooded residential premises and basements. The permissible size of transmitted mechanical particles is up to 35 mm. Use in water containing larger particles will wear out the pump's operating parts and may cause the impeller to seize. The drainage pump is equipped with a float switch to prevent dry running. The length of the float cable is adjusted depending on the debit of the reservoir, so that the engine turns off when the minimum or maximum water level is reached. The Whirlwind DN-750 model has a lower water intake; this must be taken into account when setting the pump shut-off level. The number of operations should not exceed 20 per hour.
