Vitamin E, contained in wheat germ oil, effectively tones and conditions the skin while improving the appearance of blemishes and dark skin colors. Allantoin eases and soothes the skin while enhancing cell-regeneration. This enhances the new skin color and refines the skin texture with greater clarity. DERMATOLOGICALLY TESTED, FRAGRANCE-FREE, HYDROQUINONE-FREE. INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE: To a cleansed face, apply a thin coat of the cream over the pigmented areas to be treated. Apply twice a day.
